Also about the FoK effect if you try it on mobs that are around you, you would have noticed the old effect is still there but only occures when you hit mobs.
The new effect always shows in and out of combat. The old effect only shows when you git mobs. That's it, so see it as a upgrade not a change :)

@maskadin because as everyone already knows, Private servers are for scrubs pure and simple and most of the patch changes will never get in private servers anyway, Blizzard is getting smarter so playing on a private server is in most cases and experience a waste of time, the real action is on the Blizzard realms where 15 million active players are playing around the world.
