How exactly do you start up your bike? I just bought a 03' XR250R that has been bored out (I think to 270 or 280cc)and its difficult to get running. Coke? Clutch? Do you give it gas when you start up? I often have to do a hill start.

@rxvexe put the choke all the way up, wait till theres lots of compression then jus give it a nice decent kick!

I have one. it hung upside down for around 3 minutes and started right up,maybe 3 or 4 kicks, its a tank

I f you have to climb up onto the bike with the kickstand down, the bike is too big for you
