@Cidhighwind83 I totally think he made this his own. When I listen to it I hear someone who struggled but finally dealed with his problems and won this fight. It's surely not this agressive sound of Survivor but I don't think it's necessary. I think Mr. Edenloff laid the focus on expressing the struggle which made him "Just a man and his will to survive" , Survivor laid it on the winning. In my opinion this is a damn good interpretation of the lyrics.
