  • Umm, ok kudos for working out but I have to be perfectly honest. To get 'buff' or 'toned' arms as women like to refer to them (and I am female myself) you need to EAT, not starve yourself down to 90 lbs at 5 9, which is clearly your ecto bodytype. no matter the body type or height, you need to lift heavy and eat high quality protein, complex carbs, and good fats. cans aren't going to cut it, you need to fail at 8-10 reps and sometimes the 12-15 range and lower for strength.

  • OMG you talk to much can you move on and get on with the work out your wasting the farkin time maahn and why you showing the workout when ur arms are thin no affence just being honest and stop with the rrrrrr thing gosh
