@fuzzypeachmonkey -- My brother died in a car accident at age 17, right before Thanksgiving. I love this song, because it reminds me of him, but it hurts to listen to it, even so many years later. It was really nice of EJ to play this song for that man.

My mom's favorite older brother's name was daniel and he died tragically in a car accident as a 20 year old. When she first heard this song she was so upset she turned off the radio and vowed to avoid it because it was too painful. 20 years later she got to see elton john in a small local concert and when he started singing this she was shocked, because she'd been trying to forget it for so long. She just started sobbing, but she said it was a really therapeutic moment. XOXO mom!
