  • @1sunrose: At present I do a bunch of calisthenics. In the past I've done traditional weight lifting, but my source of sculpting my body now is pretty much solely my jiu jitsu classes, which I go to 2-3 times a week and my cardio, which I get in whenever I can to shed some fat. Calisthenics include pushups, sit ups, v sits, crunches, bicycle crunches, squats, walking pushups, running pushups, army crawls, shrimps, crab walks, reverse crab walks, etc etc.
