You can buy a Tascam US-122 on Ebay for about 30 bucks. Do yourself a favor and buy one, install the drivers and download Virtual Dub so you can record the video, then put the direct source audio lined up with the video and upload us up some quality audio, mate! :)

Any chance you can hook it up to the recording source so we can get a taste of what the sound produced is like?

While I don't think you need to make the track so complex by dancing about with the rythem, your timing is sick and it makes up for it ;)
