Please correct me if I'm wrong but I'm sure Dr Phil did his homework and viewed this video before he showed his viewers so I believe he used this footage and this setup to get good ratings and therefore exploit the exploiter and therefore in a wierd way exploit the bums to his own benifit by showing his audience. And yeah I honestly didn't even hear about bum fights until I watched the Dr Phil program.
