  • @Steadno Look what this former minor league WEC champion Ben Henderson did to Frankie Edgar.

  • @xBlasian86x like i said i heard he did duck. im not saying yes or no but if he did he gets zero respect.

  • @xBlasian86x my friend he was hyped just like lebron james. one day there will be a mj of mma but it wasnt fedor. gsp, silva or bones maybe. like i said before even big time sports guys can get caught up in hype. remember they are human too. i have to give the lebron james example again. to be blunt a guy who never played at the top level of any sport just cant be the best.

  • @Steadno It's becoming obvious you don't have all of the facts. Anderson Silva never ducked Chael Sonnen. Anderson fought Chael with messed up ribs in the first fight and said that impacted his performance. Anderson Silva even promised Chael Sonnen a rematch after his first fight. Then the results for Chael came back from the first fight and Chael had high testosterone levels. If there is anyone you should lose respect for, it's Chael. Andy is still going to fight him after all this.

  • @Steadno No, fighters realize that any fight is still a fight. They respect what Fedor accomplished. They know he was the best of his era. He may not be today, but he was then. I'd say great fighters no more about fighting than you or me. There is a long list of fighters who called Fedor the best. I'm not sure of you know how long that list is, but it includes many legends of MMA, some who are still fighting. Going undefeated for 10 years is not hype sir.

  • @xBlasian86x i heard silva ducked chael. made chael have to fight one more time. if this is true and it will come out one day i have zero respect for silva. i like bones. people say hes cocky but i dont see it. besides the rashad 'beef' hes cool.

  • @xBlasian86x eh but even great fighters get caught up in hype for many reasons but one is that it brings attention to the sport. fedor is above average but still overhyped by mamy. take a look at his last fight. wow dive much.

  • @Steadno I'm an Anderson Silva / Jon Jones bot if anything. Anderson Silva is my current GOAT, Jon Jones is the future

  • @Steadno I'm no Fedor bot, but Fedor deserves his credit. For a long time, the best of the best were calling him the best. That includes many of the fighters you probably have a lot of respect for in the UFC. Guys like Chuck Lidell, Couture, Shogun, etc. If he's good enough for them, he's good enough for me. Fedor is reckless which makes him dangerous and is a big reason fans like him. But it also makes him vulnerable. He jumped into Werdum's guard, not too smart but fearless.

  • @xBlasian86x true but espn really only reports on big 5 and olympic sports. mma was still kinda outlaw. thanks to dana and zuffa that changed. i disagree with dana on alot of shit but he gets props for that. so it wasnt based on talent but the entire sport.
