  • 2000 pounds what ronnie coleman does and look at his legs, it doenst count if u drop it on the rack and it bounces half way up then u put soem pressure on it but the momentum has already lifted it up the worst form i have ever seen, no one could think that is proper form or that you are strong enough to lift that weight with even half good form

  • I dont get whats so bad about these reps. He goes all the way down and at that kind of weight you arent going to cause that much momentum. unless you are stronger than this guy regardless of his form than quit bitching.

  • I mean, give SOME credit for at least going all the way down despite a bounce. I mean it COULD of been a 1/16 rep....
