This song is a ballad tribute to American pro-football star, citizen and soldier, Pat Tillman. Like most of us at first, he believed George Bush's lies about 9/11 and WMD. Unfortunately, it was not until he went to Iraq that he investigated and declared that war to be "illegal". He was killed in his second tour of combat, which was in Afghanistan. Then came the Pentagon lies to his family, the media and the public about how he died. This was followed by an orchestrated cover up that Tillman's parents and investigative reporters were able to eventually exposethe cover-up to some degree. However, the coroner's report was not released until July 2006. It stated that Tillman was killed by 3 bullets to the forehead at 10 yards range. The last soldier to see Army Ranger Pat Tillman alive told lawmakers he was warned not to divulge that a U.S. soldier killed the ex-professional football player. Tillman's family and former Pfc. Jessica Lynch earlier gave testimony into how the Pentagon spread false stories about him in Afghanistan and her in Iraq.

Many of us have gone though the same cognitive shift. First outrage and wanting to lash out at those we were told were the enemy. Once one examines details we were spoon fed by the media about 911, it's obvious the whole thing was a big lie. Pat Tillman was betrayed by evil forces who used 911 for their personal gain and to hijack our government. He was killed exactly because he found out that his unit was only their to protect the poppy fields(drugs) in afghanistan. He told his commanding officer that when he got back that he was going to tell the american people. He was kind of high profile, so they couldnt let that happen. He was shot 3 times in the face at point blank range. Friendly fire, I dont think so. Then the military had the nerve to lie about a firefight.
