hey..i got this kinda doubt...can i use a 3 channel helicopters transmitter to control my homemade plane..it has two servos for up, down, right and left. and a brushless motor for the thrust....i can change the transmission crystal on the transmitter though...plz help

Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU! There must be many users out there who have outgrown their simple 4-channel helis but are intimidated by the (apparently) much more complex 6 and 8 channel transmitters. Something as simple as the default settings for the F MODE, HOLD / RUDD D/R / MIX, AUX2/GYRO, etc. (on my new WK2801) are not in the manual. We live in fear of a switch setting disaster. I look forward to your "intermediate" lessons - I expect they'll answer **many** questions.

excellent..thanks!!! just what i needed..i got a dx6i and have been sitting on it for about 2 months..lol..didnt really know how to set it up...THIS IS GOING TO REALLY HELP

Thanks for the video, answered some questions. I think I prefer Mode 2 even though I live in a mode 1 area on ya map. It more like game pad controls on a PC. One question though. Can you invert the climb and pitch so pull back is climb?

@bobbavet That depends on the transmitter and capabilities, but if it's your typical programmable transmitter, should be no problem. What kind do you have?
