Walmart Assistant Manager trying to refuse to sell me something

I have noted this video has gotten a lot of views lately, let me know in the comments how you found this vid.

He was being a dick the whole time, so i recorded him telling me their "policy" i lol'ed. he then threatened to call the police on me and have me escorted from the premise, i laughed at that and then left.

@mitpatterson Legally they CAN enforce it. You're on Wal Mart's property and if they feel that you should leave the store because they find you acting odd (by their discretion) then they can make you leave, even if it would mean them calling the authorities on you.

Just remember when your talking to Wal-mart Employees, Including the managers, they do NOT make the rules and only Enforce them. Many are nice people that are super intelligent.

Just because someone works at wally world doesn't mean they can't get a better job or are horrible people.

@1997toyotalover first of all, how dare you insult people who make minimum wage, thats so insipid and insensitive. and i hope you realize that walmart managers get payed more than minimum wage, they earn close to 120,000 a year (according to Glassdoor)

Walmart is a private enterprise. This means that their store is technically private property. I do not agree with this rule but it is a rule. They do not have to sell to you, they can ask you to leave if you are open carrying, videotaping, taking pictures, or anything else they do not like. Yes, the rule is bullshit but technically it is an enforceable rule.

@tronclay ive been in a store with my freinds once,. not doing anything wrong or anything disruptive and were told to leave,. for no reason IMO. my freind has green hair and ever since he been making it funky colors hes been discriminated. something worth mentioning is that the video doesnt really show the whole situation or why this is happening.

It was just a recommended video from another walmart video. I would like to ask what led to him saying that? There could be very good cause that would justify him, or he could be against you for some reason (I know you would never say he was justified... but if you could be honest as to the situation leading up to this video, I'm curious)
