I am using my Korg X50's 'Mono Guitar Lead' program and pitch bender to achieve this sound.

This song is fascinating, especially the aura created during the buildup to this section. The guitar solo is incredibly inspiring and I was compelled to learn how to replicate it on keyboard, and in general, really wanted to share one of my favorite pieces of music.
