Same Old Song and Dance by Aerosmith

I didn't think I'd ever take this back... before I tried strike's late whammying theory in the first two SP phrases. o__o It actually got me better whammy when I did that. I still doubt this works in just any song/whammied phrase, but here it apparently does. The first squeeze wasn't easy even with that whammying method.

I know of one more tick, so unfortunately this isn't quite optimal (lol, that would've been too good). First to break the Upperbound score though. :)

To all the people who are asking about how many firsts I now have, with this I'm up to 58/70.

  • nice man. im guessing you missed the 4 points in the 2nd act?

  • Yeah, when you don't delay the first act by a note the second one becomes the only tick squeeze.

I used to have like ,051 with ticks from the first act, and if I remember correctly I got 28 points in ticks from the first squeeze that time.

  • lol kinda funny cos hitting whammied sustains late usually has the opposite effect

  • I´ve got 214539 today in an FC :)

  • @APEthehippy hey ape fr last act i think u can squeeze the GY chord and squeeze to the end of the RY trills and that can get u more points cuz u still get the 400 points cuz its a chord and u get the ticks from the chord

  • what is his theory

  • @APEthehippy - You keep talking about this late whammying idea, what is the premise behind it though? I've never known that to be helpful :<

  • regardless, ticks are worth one point on sustains and are multiplied by the multiplier. you find this out when finding cutoffs on scorehero

  • you are a pro

    :D

  • The first squeeze is hawt

  • A normal, SP-tick (8x) is 4 points and that's the biggest possible tick. The glitched, outside SP -ticks (multiplier going up by one) are 2 points.

Those are the only 2 types of ticks that people talk about when it's about squeezing.

  • The things you do to this game's timing window are criminal O_O

  • a tick is 1 point, and if multiplied can be up to 8
