Cymbidium is the basic item that sumi-e painter must learn at the first time.
There are many kinds of orchid. In sumi-e, this kind of orchid is painted lots.
You have to get technique how to draw a beatuiful line in orchid practice.

    the hair of sumi ink painting brush is more hard and shorter than calligraphy one.
