NMT Remote Control Demo for the iPhone

This is a demo for the nmt remote applciation for the iphone and ipod touch. You can fully control your nmt device, popcornhour a-100, a-110 and egreat m34a with this great app. Popcorn hour 200 series is now supported.
Nmt apps need to be installed on your pch device. Also telnetd for 100 series, and lundman's shell for the 200 series

Yes this is a 3rd party app and it does work with pch 200 series. You will need to have nmt apps installed and then install lundman's shell.

Nmt apps can be installed on a internal hard drive or a usb stick (pch 200)

The remote works more than fine, but the source funktion do not seem to work. I have installe the three files throug my computer, into the PCH a-100 main folder, and afterwards I installed it on my PCH through the PCG itself. two of the files are still in the main folder, but the installation has created a new bin folder, and in that folder the busybox26 are now located? hope you can help, cause i didnt figure out much on the forum.

this is how i install in onto the pch. Give it a try and tell me

1. Copy the 3 files to usb stick

2. Insert into pch

3. Very important. Connet with ftp and and change the file persions on the busybox26 file to 755. You must have ftp service started on the pch to do this. i think this is the easiest to change permisions.

4. from pch and files menu (the fourth icon) execute telnet-installer

5. Select Run from USB_DRIVE_A (or A-1)

6. Second menu install to HD or tmp

I can only get the remot to work, what am i doing wrong, Whenever i want something to begin in the background, it just wont start. ??? Any Ide ?

@DAAL9000 I guess you are using pch 100 series. Check busybox26 path settings. This is crusial for it to start playing selected files. Check out the forum at

Excuse my ignorance, but is this a 3rd party app or is it supplied by Popcorn? And does it work on the A-210 as well?

Is there a way to control an a200 or a210 through a pc that is connected to the lan ? this way I can browse and play music from the nmt to my receiver without turning the t.v on and without buying an iphone ....
