@flippydog101 I used a special dual speed motor from the All Terrain Trekker K'Nex set. You can probably find it on eBay.

hey could i just buy the track chain and cars since i already have sets of like serpenets spiral and stuff and just buy pieces as i got along?

You need quite a few pieces to build something like this. I have 9 Screamin' Serpent sets, 2 Rippin' Rocket sets, and many more, (over 10 thousand pieces) and I was practically out of pieces by the end.
