I hated Taylor character so much I fell in love with her, but let me explain. I think her character brought out genuine feelings of bitterness and awe. For a show character to bring out real feeling, whatever they may be, I have to respect the writers and the actress who brought out the all the things that made her memorable from over tens years.

Taylor outshined and upstaged even natalia with her trashy actions.

@blaqpirate I never liked Taylor and Sasha together - the guy who plays Sasha just looks too young and weedy to be 17 and Taylor was just out of his league. Cherish and Sasha were a better couple and I didnt like the interplay with Taylor and the two of them - its like a grown-up cameo on nickelodeon!

@iloveatlantaga I've never watched any of the soaps you mentioned - I was more talking about Sunset Beach (which Taylor and Natalia are from and SB was quite similar in style) and Knots Landing and Dalllas....I heard about Undressed and watched one episode but it bored me to tears! SG was definitely a bit laughable at times but like SB it was meant to be tongue-in-cheek and I actually found it quite engrossing!

@Meila2SunsetBeach SG was actually the first SOAP that I ever watched. It had me glued to my seat. I was never a fan of the other soaps such as Young and the Restless, One Life To Live, etc. Spyder Games had potential to go far, but after 9/11 it got axed. I couldn't understand why they axed it and kept Undressed on for a longer amount of time. I read not to long ago, the reason why Spyder Games got axed was the "Over the top" storyline, unknown actors, and their questionable acting skills.

If Cherish would have told sasha she loved him before he met Taylor I totally agree. Taylor is sloppy but she has mad macking skills and charisma (even if its just an act). So if Taylor didn't dump him I bet sasha would've forgiven her for kissing demetic becauze she had him that open.

@iloveatlantaga Eurgh I know tell me about it! I can't dstand all these reality shows wth fake attention-seeking numbskulls - soooo boring. We don't have any more good drama on TV these days, I like the good old-fashioned soaps which are a a good combination o escapasim and engrossing drama. I really liked how SG was a modern and edgier take on soap but I suppose people say its more like a telenovela.

I am a die hard fan of this since the summer of 2001 when it first aired! I followed these episodes faithfully. You know a show made an impact when someone like myself had a TBI the same year, but can still recall all of the main storyline.

Taylor had me going crazy with her sneaky antics. I couldn't decide who has less common sense cherish or Daphne. I loved seeing Mirna and natila interactions .

@Meila2SunsetBeach Good point. But Taylor jumped from Boris to Sasha to Dimitri. Hell, if Ivan wasn't gay she would have messed with him too given the chance. Yes, considering her poor background she wanted that secruity...However, she did it all in a vindictive way. Natalia and Taylor mad the show GOOD and I wished MTV gaved it a chance. Now we have crazy ass reality shows called Jersey Shore or Teen Mom to look forward too....YUCK!!!
