fuckin mexican goverment is so kurupted. we were taking our family members food because they havent eaten in 3 days .. and we ask a tijuan police officer have they recived the food he answerd yes its being sold to them.. i was like what the fuCk .. the goverment there is all about the money..to be honest im more scared of the tijuana police and guards than the inmates and thives .. if the thives dont rob you on the streets of tijuana the cops will how messed up is that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
