Trockne Blumen was actually written as a song from the cycle, Die schöne Müllerin. Consisting of 20 movements, Die Schöne Mullerin is based on the poetry of Wilhelm Müller. Trockne Blumen is one of the last movements (18) from the cycle. To listen to the vocal rendition, I recommend listening to Fritz Wünderlich, one of the best tenors of the past century.

sorry piano to loud , here you need the resonance so you can create the colour which is there but slightly out of tune on the lower notes but i know sometimes nerves also can play a role but well played thank you

I love this piece is too expresive... Shubert knew how to create beautiful and melancholic meldies. I like your sound it´s really good, deep and pure. I will play the varitions for my fourth grade exam I think your version is an good example for me
