ill do another vid but i know some people needed to see this so here's the vid for now.. anyway, i'd do that drill daily, knocking down anywhere from 300-500 of those, sometimes both handed, just to work on the stroke of the shot and basic mechanics... in the next vid ill do a 9-10 minute demo of all the little variations and ill do it alternating left and right shooting, that's how igot my lefty J to work in games.
