@iPodiTouchMANIAC If your'e reffering to the billboards then it is pre-existing in the game on the sidebar under scenery and is then the third from bottom there. The you can import a picture from any file on your'e computer. However if you have vista or Windows 7 then you have to fix the billboard problem first. This is probably y you can't import billboards any more ThrillProduction as you may now have Windows 7 or Vista and your pervious computer didn't.
