@nalcow Unfortunately, no. These are actual videos made by the DPRK (North Korea) Information Ministry. They made many and I re-uploaded them from another user but they were (mysteriously) deleted by youtube.
I'm grateful zio5q has made them available to show that propaganda is alive and well in ALL areas of the world.
There are many to be found on Dear Leader Kim Jong Il, such as "The Great Economist", "The Fashion Designer", "The Dietician", etc.
It's important to recognize all propaganda.
