Always remember your dranaculator can get burnt doing this activity. Sometimes if you surrender to this you can never return to normal. You will be stuck, forever, beyond that point of no return. Once the chromelski syndrome point has been breached, your horn has honked one time too many. One sandwich short of a picnic

Oh, and thanks Anmol. I use meditation, even while walking around where I live. I find it is especially nice, when used while one is outside, feeling a breeze intensely, experiencing everything silently, without the buzzing of thoughts or the impulses it tries to force you to be a slave to. anmol i have a question
i was meditating yesterday and was doing the aum chant on each chakra to the crown and some pot belly breathing and i started to see white while eyes closed and when i opened them my eyes were very watery and started to drip down my face. do you know what this is?

I have never formally trained or studied meditation, but I have developed a meditation technique, over the last ten years. I just want your input on whether I'm doing something that's already done, whether it's wrong, if I'm missing something, etc. Basically, I combine breathing, the lotus position and mental instructions to myself (regarding compassion for all sentient beings, goodwill, abandonment of the self, etc.), as I direct myself deeper into mental stillness unity with others. Input?
