loveeeeeeeee the workout, my legs were shaking at the end, hate him when he counts slow, but love the results :D....joel harper is the best

Great workout!!! Seems easy just by watching, even funny the first part, but once you start you see is not the common fitness workout, based on yoga and pilates moves.
