I find it so amusing after reading Please kill me that Iggy pop, out of all the punks, Iggy makes a commercial for an insurance company, I mean, when he was young , he didn't give a fuck about anything, he almost died of OD and whatever else, and now, after so many years he makes an advert for an insurance company haha, isn't this  ironic?
oh well, rock n roll is youth culture I guess, ,but hey, i'm still a fan of the 60/70s iggy, he was the fucking man!

Well he's hardly being a rebel anymore is he? OK, people change, but he's working hard to keep the image of the rebel, whilst doing something very mainstream and commercial. The two don't match. Certainly he'll have lost loads of respect amongst his true fans.

I agree that he is being a complete sell out and china027, I find it hard that you compare what he's doing here to normal people working their everyday jobs (unless you work in marketing) the difference here is that he is whoring himself to a major insurance company, this is not his job! Watch some bill hicks and you'll understand
