Guitar Hero 2 Freeze Problem

I had this problem, then I bought a new one and played without problems.

get a new one it's cost like twenty or thirty bucks at game stop

For a follow up on my last post a second ago, I am not using any pirated games or anything non Sony certified. The system has not been hacked or altered in anyway other than me opening it up after the problems have already occurred to see if anything seemed wrong. I thought this was a ps2 version but if I'm wrong so be it. Still, SOMEONE PLEASE HELP?

This is happening to me! My ps2 was dropped by a friend and now it freezes on several games, all with silver back, and disk read errors DVDs! Guitar hero 3 was in the console when it fell and it got scratched to hell, need a new one. Other than that, my blue bottom discs read fine. skipping and freezing has gotten worse lately. Opened up ps2, cleaned it, everything seems fine parts wise too!? what do I do to fix this issue other than replacing the console!? PLEASE HELP!?

It has nothing to do with the Konsole.
This happens also to a lot of users on the PC Version including myself.
But in my version its freezes for about 3 - 5 seconds with Repeating the musik in a loop^^ an then plays normale again but the score is gone cose i cant hit the notes.

Update your Drivers bla bla.
All shit. The game is horrible programmed.
Thats a fakt.
Or why can I and many other people play Fallout 3 or something like that without this freeze but GH does it? ON EVERY SYSTEM...
