This is a great (and challenging) workout, and I don't think it really lets down too far in any category. The chest is insane because there are so many push up exercises with alternating speeds. The shoulders component is great and I think it does a great job of targeting traps and delts. The triceps part is probably the most effective of any tricep workout in the P90X series, but while it's better than the others, it still pales in comparison, I think, to what one could do at a gym. Overall this is a solid workout that is worth doing, and it's probably top 3 or 4 in terms of difficulty.
Back & Biceps
Again this workout does a good job of targeting lats (very little full "back" again), and a great job at the biceps. Not much else to say about this one, so to summarize, it neglects most of the back and focuses on the lats, as well as biceps. Yet again I would put this workout up against most of what could be done in a gym.
