i tore my acl almost a year ago and want to play soccer again.... but when ever i work out i get sharppp sharppp pain behind my knee in the back kind of on the out side, it gets bent and swollen and i cannot straighten my knee is this maybe because my hamstrings are too tight or my it band ?

Great introductory video Rochelle. With all the moving and painting (and awkward angles that come with those activities) my knee is giving me trouble again. Your video reminded me to go check out your website again, and if the knee doesn't start improving shortly on its own, I will be coming to see you!

If you have had a long struggle with knee pain like me, then you know how difficult it can be to exercise. Rochelle showed me I could do moves I have not done in decades by changing the way I use my abdominal, back, and hip muscles. I really did not believe that I could squat. I was wrong. I have had more luck with her program than any other.

For the past 8 months I've been working with Rochelle 3-5 times per week and will continue to do so until I've reached all my health & fitness goals. She has helped me to consistently increase my overall mobility, endurance & fitness, in addition to losing a substantial amount of weight. I used to think I couldn't do various exercises or activities because of knee pain. Thanks to Rochelle, I am now capable of doing any activity I desire.
