That's what I thought. Standing at a corner of one of those spinning apartments the angular velocity would be pretty intense. I can't imagine how this would be "green" in any sense. Takes a lot of power to move that much mass that fast.

Mate...this is the BBC news, but its BBC world news service which is the international version and its not available in the UK but its still run from within the same studio.
But anyway cool building, would love to see it when its done.
