Seems like the launch angle is too high. Knock it down 10 degrees and that pumpkin probably travels a quarter mile.

righteous construction. seems to be releasing too early from the video, robbing you of precious yardage. You should make the angle on the release pin a little less severe, get her closer to a 45'.
