Check out my recordings at: www.philippeters.blogspot.com

Same body as the ES-345 or 355 but completely hollow. The neck is set closer into the body as well and the pickups are P-90s.

  • is this semi or full hollow body

  • @MrFenderbender97 It completely hollow. No wood thew the middle like the 345 or 355.

  • NIce guitar and playing. I have been thinking of picking up a 330 and was checking out videos. Are you playing through the little Marshall? Or the giant lunch box amp? I have one of the lunch box amps, it has an RCA handle, I think someone rebuilt the inside or built an amp into a speaker box. Just curious as to what yours was, since I have no idea what they are, nor have I seen another one.

  • @porkchopedit Hey thanks for the comment! I'm using the little Marshall to power the RCA speaker. My RCA doesn't have an amp in it , just a Jenson Speaker. Cool that you have one also, I'v never seen another. Any pix?

  • actually the body is slightly different, you will notice that the cutaways are deeper on 345 and 335 bodies.

  • I wish gibson custom would come out with a guitar that has a deep cutaway like 335, p90s like the 330, center block like the 335, inlay like the 330.....=win

  • I've got a '64 with the same finish. Love this guitar.

  • sounds like my casino

  • Nice to find a clip of a vintage guitar being played by someone other than Gregor Hilden (Greg's Guitars) or Phil X (Fretted Americana).......I'm sick of them, both.

ES-330s are such sweet guitars. Very nice!

  • What I hear from that tone (which I'm no expert on tone) is that the epiphone casinos have simulated that sound very well, but I do think the gibson es-330 does sound more balanced overall than the casino.

  • I enjoyed your clip the 330 is my favorite guitar.
