[Madison, Wisc...] The Government Accountability Board needs over $600,000 to verify the anticipated 1.5 million recall petition signatures against the Governor and several State Senators.

However, the process it will be using, which was unanimously approved by the Board, will assume every signature is from a valid Wisconsin elector... even if their name is Mickey Mouse or Adolf Hitler.

Testifying at a meeting of Wisconsin's Government Accountability Board, GAB staff made several stunning admissions Tuesday. GAB representative stated, on the record, that all signatures that include a proper date and Wisconsin address are presumed valid, even those of Mickey Mouse and Adolf Hitler.

More than 540,000 signatures are required to trigger a recall of Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker. The recall petitions will not be data entered by state staff. It falls on Walker, or other independent groups, to discover fraudulent signatures among the tens of thousands of recall forms submitted. If the signatures of Mickey Mouse, Adolf Hitler, etc are then discovered, they can be contested, but they are given the presumption of legitimacy by the Wisconsin Government Accountability Board.

Perfect example of why a photo ID is needed at the polls. Everyone who signed this petition should have to provide a biometric. A fingerprint would do. Oh.....but wait......that would hinder criminals from being part of the process! LOL Ever wonder why criminals support Democrats?

Whether you are a Dem or Rep, you should want these results to be an honest representation of the will of the people.

If you don't take the time to help, it would be as bad as the people who don't vote, then complain about the government they get.

If those states are leading in both the Blue & Red States, it's because Mickey Mouse, Pluto, Elmer Fudd, Donald Duck and other unregistered characters.

Since the GAB Petition Review team doesn't want to do their job, then the Citizens of Wisconsin should challenge 100% of the petition signatures, NOW. Before Wisconsin has to Piss-Away 7-9 MILLION DOLLARS on a useless Recall Election.

This sounds a lot like Chicago Politics, to all the people in and around the state,"Remember, To Vote Early and To Vote Often."

I wonder how many Mickey Mouses and Adolf Hitlers will again vote for Obama in 2012.

Even if the citizens turn against the left, they can always count on the dead to vote their way.

"There’s an element of truth in MacIver’s statement in that fictitious signatures listed with Wisconsin addresses would be accepted -- but only for review. The statement, however, ignores critical facts -- namely that the signatures would have to pass through several layers of review to actually be counted."

Politifact said this was "mostly false".

"For such signatures to actually be counted, they would have to pass undetected through petition circulators, the recall committees, a pair of Government Accountability Board reviewers, Walker’s representatives and other groups that review the petitions. If such signatures were found, Walker could formally challenge them to the board to get them stricken."
