  • In real GIFT ECONOMY there would not be addictive candies (no profit=no manipulation)! People could work out of real motivation, out of real friendship! Working for free is freedom! FREE WATER, FREE LAND, FREE FOOD, FREE EDUCATION... are our real BIRTHRIGHTS (that were stolen from aristocrats, theocrats, plutocrats...)

  • this is not an illustration of a "real" gift economy -.-

  • If I was the guy I'd steal the candy, and take all the social utility for myself! :D

  • either way the man is a git. she should put a notice up telling her workmates that the candy is now kept in the drawer below where it is now. then connect a motion sensor to lock that drawer when she is not at her desk. or smack him in the face with a baseball bat, the options are endless because SHEholds what HE wants.

  • Brilliant!

  • Wow I never realized this. This is so insightful.
