I will give him props. Dude was physically ill very badly, and he still managed to finish this album a couple of years ago anddddddd has a new album called "Classique".
As much as I love Big Bub's music, people say that he's the "ghetto Luther", but I bed to slightly differ. I think Will Downing is the "ghetto Luther" because as Big Bub, Will Downing is from the NE Tri-State area (NY/NJ/CT (and PA - even though that would make it the quad-state area sotospeak)) and he sounds closer to Luther than Big Bub does IMHO. Will Downing was born and raised in Brooklyn USA whereas Big Bub was born and raised in northern Jersey.
