Game Fish Feeding Frenzy in Key West FL, Tarpon, Grouper

This was at sunset key island dock just off the mainland in key west florida. Hundreds of tarpon and other fish have a feeding frenzy on small minnows.

I was there all you need to do is drop your line down a catch them. U can't see but there is a barrucuda which hangs out there. he always takes my line a breaks it. there are also tarpon a nerr sharks that hang

around there

For Florida you can't land a tarpon without a 50$ permit that lets you keep or/and kill a tarpon.

Now because i don't know Florida fishing laws. Are you allowed to fish right there at your own dock? as silly as that question is, it just seems like you are taking advantage of the schooling fish. I don't know...i'm just jealous. haha
