You're moving your arms in a circular motion around your body, instead, you should swing the weight of your arms down as you squat and up as you push. This will give you the momentum that you need. Also, hug your body so that you turn easier. And be sure to keep everything tight, dead weight slows stuff down.

Good job, keep practicing :D
I think the tips are enough, and just suggest next time you would practise on more softer ground rather than on cement.
And I've created a wushu channel on vimeo, if you are interested, search xiaoqiang on vimeo.There are some great videos :)

Hey =D
Great video. Keep workin on it =D
haha u can do the jump of right leg land on right leg thingy =D sweet!
Keep practicing(with me) =D
u need more momentum in all your jumps. without good momentum it's really hard to get the jumps good. on the front kick u should use ur left leg a bit more. when u jump u pull the left leg already tucked but instead u should keep the leg straight when u jump and when ur right leg starts to kick pull in and tuck the left. hope this helps ;)

Hi zportee, nice video. Since you asked, I think the thing you should work on is leg strength. You need to do tons of leg exercises (quads and calves) that train for explosive power. You'll need that in order to be able to jump off the right leg, kick with it, and land with it for a good 360 or 540. Best of luck :)
