Philippines Hostage-Taker，Philippine police ！ why run away?

you shouldnt blame filipinos ...There was aanother proper unit who should have responded but instead they chose to continue of letting the police do the job instead of using SAF or Philippine Light Reaction company.

@wangweiju2008 Police Force are viewed negatively in this country...Some of them are not well trained (it's obvious from what you have seen in the video), plus, some of them abuse their power..Corruption, Killing, Police Brutality.. You should know that days before the hostage taking incident, there's a police brutality video that came out... Funny how the issue was forgotten because of another(and much more bigger) Police "Fail"...
