The President and Vice President both had an effective tax rate of 23-26% in 2010. That’s the same rate as a married couple making $68,000? Actually, it’s even less than Warren Buffett secretary! Maybe he should consider leading by example.

Taxing welfare would do more for our economy than a tax hike on the millionaires who create jobs. His argument is an attack on the achievers. They already have skin in the game. How can he spout his fair share rhetoric when more than half of Americans are jobless and pay no federal income taxes. He is a failure. We need more tax payers not more taxes. We have less millionaires in this country now since he 1st took office. Is this a coincidence?

To understand how Obama is dead wrong, u have to understand the statistics. Millionaires only make up 0.2% of the population. That would do nothing to even be touch our national debt or even the amount of wasted government spending. This is a desperate attempt of Obama to appeal to his base because of his bad poll ratings. Why not put a 2% tax on all welfare recipients who make up more than half of America who don't pay federal income taxes?

Obama hasn't caused class warfare, our founding fathers caused it on making this country a nation. Taxation against the poor is the problem. How can there be a stable economy when the rich pay less taxes then the poor, then again the rich use the poor to maintain there riches. If this country doesn't become fair and balanced then that would mean only that our government has failed its people. Everyone in congress is mainly to blame since it all starts there, so no need of pointing fingers.
