@johnlopez96 You really had me thinking.. I watched the video and checked all the times I could see the mixture... but I think it just appears they are leaned.. the prop levers are taller than the mixture controls and appear to be back, but they are forward... at least the appear to be, to me...... this was an old video.. from 2003...

Take care when doing touch go landings, you left the mixture lean.

@johnlopez96 If you look at 2:57 and at 2:59 you see how the illusion of a lean mixture is effected by the prop... at 2:57 the prop levers are back... and at 2:59 they are forward.. and it looks like the mixtures are leaned at 2:59

@jmr604 OK! Yes, looks like pretty much an illusion. Might be impossible two pilots flying and both them forgot the mixture. Anyway was a nice flight, and we know how much difficult can be flying an six pack instrument those days, we need to be concentrated. Nice flight! see u around

@johnlopez96 I've been flying 10 years now.. and it's all been on analog guages... but I'm use to glass because of a lot of hours on my simulator at home.

As I read my history the Aztec were known as very good fliers, in fact in 1689 they almost shot up a Spanish army but in the end they were all shot out of the sky.
