Due to the wood-on-steel construction and its seaside location, The Great White requires more maintenance than most other rides. Kevin and his team climb the entirety of its tracks every morning to check and inspect the ride. Here is a short film documenting the climb one morning in June.

Two of the best guys I have ever had a chance to work with. The amount of maintenance that ride requires on a daily basis is staggering plus throw the corrosive elements and beach location make it that more of a challenge.

Well glad to see that rides get inspected every day like this. I think Moreys Piers are one of the safest amusement parks ever.

Awesome documentary. It is just amazing to think of the work that goes into making Moreys Piers the BEST amusement park ever. Riding the Great White makes me feel like a kid all over again. I just love it. Thank you Kevin and John for keeping us safe.

Thanks for uploading this video. The Great White is my favorite ride at Morey's Piers and I like knowing that it is inspected every morning before it opens. :)
