Cell phone video sucks. When you move the cam/phone, the picture blurs beyond belief. Otherwise - Cool!

Hi, what brand of pump did you use? so I guess it wasnt a bilge pump?
-
I ended up getting a shower head kit like you and a few extra foot of hose, I then attached that to a 500gal pr hr bilge pump to the hosing and dropped it into a 10gal bucket of water..I figured I'd use a solar shower bag to get the water warm of use a large kettle on the camp fire...Once complete and set up I'll send ya a video response...Thanks for the great tips though, it came in handy seeing what you did.

What are you using to power/pump the power from the barrel to the shower head?

The shower head is from a cheap ($20-) camp shower kit. The original pump was okay but after about a week of use I killed it. I replaced it with a diaphragm pump that cost around 60 bucks. It draws a little over two amps from a 12V battery which is fine for relatively short periods. A diaphragm pump gives loads of pressure and is much better than a vortex (fast spinning water wheel type) pump. Your best bet if your camping shop doesn't stock them is deep sea fishing boat equipment dealers.
