I read that you should have a 30 minutes interval between drinking water or soda and having a meal, so that you don't dilute your gastric acids.

@WilliamB526 Exactly the point. Also, one should try to drink their limit.

What you are saying is not true. Depending on the ingredients in the fat burner, it could suppress your appetite, burn fat faster by raising metabolism or stimulate the central nervous system and providing extra energy. Most fat burners don't work. The ones that do contain high amounts of caffeine and stimulants such as PEA or geranium (Oxy Elite Pro). Those will give mental stimulation which leads to appetite suppression. I recommend Red Cutz or Heat which includes Ephedra with caffeine.

Ephedra and Ephedrine diet pills are scientifically proven to melt fat and raise metabolism without diet or exercise.
Xenadrine RFA-1, Metabolife 356, Hydroxycut, Metabolift, and more.
HEAT ECA Stack will give you the strong stimulant effect of pharmaceutical grade diets. Contains also Cayenne Pepper, the secret ingredient Beyonce used for her role in "Dreamgirls." It is all natural and will not give you the side effects of the pharmaceutical ones. Click on my name below.

Hello! Have you ever tried - fast abs magic (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now)? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my mate got ripped 6 pack abs and lost tons of fat with it.

I agree with you on the pills being a waste of money, I use to spend 150 bucks a month to get diet pills, they helped me eat less, but as soon as I stopped taking them (too expensive) I gained everything back and then some. lol I subbed :-)

Drinking water before, after and specially while eating dilutes the enzymes and acid in the stomach needed for proper digestion. The ideal is to drink 30 to 45 min before and after meals but not during to optimize digestion and absorption of nutrients.
@ephedradiet I'm sure that you, the ephedra salesman, are the most credible unbiased authority on the matter.

@marcus23332333 its going to work the same way I described in this vid. If you try it, just be aware that when you stop, your appetite will no longer be suppressed.

@cesarherrera yeah bro, I've had a torn pectoral bc I listened to a coach a long time ago who told me that one day rest on btw a workout is good enough. Overtraining is serious, now I only work each muscle group once a week.
