Gonna try this tonight minus the peas. I live in Florida, so I don't know if I'll need to find certain substitutes for anything, particularly the Cardemom, Madras, and Garam. I'll have a look at the Indian food market in town. Though, should the curry only be cooking a total of 85 minutes after adding the beef or 155 (about 2 1/2 hours) minutes total?

@SuperSentaiClips Hi there, so sorry I've not got back to you earlier. I hope you were able to get the ingredients. The cooking time is up to you, I would say about 85 mins' after adding the beef simply because the beef will be softer, more succulent. Don't blame you with the Peas, this is personal taste of course, just lately I've been adding Kidney beans and coriander just for a change, it's really nice also. @jimmyputput Jimmy, I'm sure I thanked you before for you comments and glad it turned out alright for you. I have a new recipe for Curry that's a bit different and a bit easier, taste's different also, will let you know when I finally get to putting it up on the Tube.
