Smallville: Lois & Clark - Chasing Pavements

*UPDATE*
Okay, all of us Lois & Clark fans are upset that they didn't get to kiss in "Bride." I understand, I was upset to. But we all knew it was going to get interrupted by either Lana or the attack of Doomsday. It's not the perfect time for them to officially be a couple. Clark has to have complete closure with Lana before he can truly commit himself to Lois. And that's what we Lois and Clark fans want right? We want him to love her and only her. So we need him to end things officially with Lana before moving on to Lois. So please do not bash or blame Lana in your comments. It's okay to feel that way but please keep those thoughts to yourself because it is not what this video is about! Thank you :)

First of all, "Bride" was an AMAZING episode for all couples and all the characters!! As happy as I was to see Lana again, my heart just broke for Lois. I recently got this song and was considering a Clana video to it but after seeing last week's episode I thought it fit Lois better!

It is obvious that Lois has realized her feelings for Clark now. However, she is unsure of what to do with them. She wonders if he feels the same way. Erica Durance said it perfectly in an interview, the timing may not be perfect right now and when Lana comes back Lois realizes she should step back and wait. And that is what makes her truly worthy of Clark's love. I feel this song says it all. Lois wonders if she should give up on her feelings or if she should keep trying waiting for that day when he wants to be with her and only her.

This video has a strong focus on season 8 and especially on "Bride" when everything goes down for Lois and these feelings are truly recognized. I did include past seasons but I wanted to focus more on the current season since it matches the song SO well.

I feel I should explain how I matched the line "If I'm wrong I am right." It took me forever to find a way to match it because I wasn't entirely sure what it means, lol. But I matched it with the "Bride" scene when Lana comes back. Lois feels that Clark may have the same feelings but then Lana comes back and that throws her through a loop. But Clark was not so happy to see Lana again. So in a sense Lois was wrong to assume that Clark would just go back to Lana but she was right in her decision to step aside and let Clark go for the time being. If that makes sense, lol.

So my aim for this video was to show Lois' feelings but at the same time I tried to give hints at Clark's feelings as well. We all see how he looks at her!!

I tried out a new style that I borrowed from luvtheheaven (hope you don't mind). I like matching beats and rather than just cutting between scenes for each beat I tried zooming in on the scene to add more effect to the video and I think it came out quite nicely! I hope you agree :)

whats really sweet is that in the beginning, he told Lana that he couldn't stand her cause she's bossy and rude then he says "from the moment we meant, i knew i wanted to spend the rest of my life with you"! thats so sweet. this is definitely the kind of couple that makes you smile and get butterflies. (: thanks you and good jobb! <3 i know you made this video 3 years ago but please continue to make more like this.

Girl, me LOVES the flow in this beauty!!! MMM.. THAT SLO-MO!! And them almost kissing in Bride during the "love" line.. OMG! BEAUTIFUL!!! Oh man, this video is one of my all-time favorites from you!
