Could you describe what refurbished means? Oiling, replaced? Do you oil belt and roller motors too?

We tear it down to the frame and replace the belt, print heads, print head cleaners, and encoder strip, we also lube and oil the slider rods blow out the inside and clean the Platen at that point we grease helical gears and motors as well as check the pwm of all the motors after all this is done and the unit is put back together we then preform all the factory defaults and calibrations then test in our showroom for a week..

Hey,

Are you using a software RIP when printing this photo or is this just the plotter working with the HP driver and its own RIP?

An answer would be much appreciated.
