Jonas Sister Story Ch.6 pt 3

They reach the hospital and everyone's excited.
Paul helping his wife out of the car: Breathe, honey breathe.
Denise frustrated: I am breathing! I'm alive, aren't I?!
Joe chuckling while they walk to the entrance of the hospital: Mom's freakin out.
Denise: I HEARD THAT JOSEPH!!
All the kids laugh and quickly run to catch up with their parents.
AT THE FRONT DESK OF THE ER:
Paul: We needa room, STAT!
Lady at the front desk looks over the counter and sees Denise: O-Okay follow me!
Everyone follows the lady into a room that was filled with the smell of clorox.
Lady: Alright, just wait here and a doctor will be with you shortly.
Rae: Wow, this beats Barney eh, Joe? (She lightly nudges him with her elbow)
Joe: NO!
Paul: Joe, please. Do your mother a favor and close your mouth for 2 seconds.
All the kids laugh.
The lady walks back into the room with the doctor right behind her.
Lady: Here she is and I think you better hurry...(whispers) it looks like she's abouta pop.
Denise: Geee, thaaaanks. Now will you c'mon?!
Doctor: Yes, ma'am. I'm Doctor Eldridge and I'll be delivering your baby today.
Denise breathing heavily and sweating: Hiiii, I'm Denise, he's Paul, those are our kids and now we've all met! Can we please get started?!
Doctor Eldridge: Uh, yes ma'am but I'm gonna have to ask all your kids to wait in the waiting room.
Paul: I'll take them (He escorts the kids out the door)
Danny: Wow, I haven't seen mom like this since the time she had to yell at the lady at the airport so Rae and I could get seperate seats on the plane!
Rae laughing: Yeah, and then we all got escorted out the airport!
Kevin: Mom was like this when you guys were born...only worse. (he chuckles)
Nick laughing: I remember that! She was yelling at random people!
Rae: Awww, man! I wish we coulda been there for that.
Joe smiling: You were only a few minutes late.
Paul: Alright, guys. Sit down, relax and try not to get on anyone's nerves too much, hm? (He smiled)
Rae smiling: We'll tryyyy.
Nick softly: But not succeeeeddd.
They all giggled.
Paul walking away: I heard that.
Rae: Mannn, does everyone in this family have like...advanced hearing or somethin?
5 minutes goes by.
Joe: Ughh, how loooong, how loooong does it take?! (pulling on Nick's shirt dramatically)
Nick shaking him off: Dude, it's only been (looks at his watch) 5 minutes.
Joe calmly: Oh, right, sorry....I'M JUST SO EXCITED!!
Lady at the front desk glares at Joe: Young, man.
Joe: Yes?
Lady: Sit down, please.
Joe: You're not sitting down.
Kevin: Joe! (to the lady) Please ignore him, he's...mental.
Joe: Whaaa??
Everyone giggles.
Crystal: Yeah, that sounds about accurate.
Rae smiling: Good one. (they high five)
Joe pouting: Whateeeever.
A couple hours go by and they don't say much but the occasional sneezing from Rae and bless yous.
Finally, they see their dad coming toward them.
Kevin: So what's the news?
Nick: Yeah, how is she (all the kids start asking questions)
Paul: Shhh, (they all go quiet) would you like to meet your little brother? (he smiles as he says this)
A smile quickly spreads across all their faces like wild fire and they all nod and follow their dad back to their mom.
Their mom is slowly rocking the baby as they all gather around the bed.
Rae to Danny: (whispering) See, told ya it was gonna be a boy.
Danny: Boys can still play dress up.
Rae: You are not putting my little brother in dress.
Denise laughs lightly.
Joe: So what do we call the little guy?
Denise looks at her baby lovingly: Franklin Nathaniel Jonas.
Rae and Danny smiling: Frankie it is then.
All of them: Aww, Frankie.
Crystal: He's beautiful.
They all get a chance to look at their new brother or in Crystal's case, friend.
Doctor Eldridge comes walking in the room smiling: So what do you think?
Danny: He's perfect.
Rae: So cute.
Crystal: Adorable.
Doctor Eldridge laughs quietly: I'm glad you approve.
Rae suddenly breaks out in a sneezing fit.
Doctor Eldridge: Oh, wow. Is she okay?
Paul: She's been doing that a lot lately.
Doctor Eldridge: Would like me to give her a check up and see what's going on?
Paul: Yes, please.
Rae in between sneezes: N-No (sneeze) it's okay. I'm (sneeze) fine.
Paul: C'mon sweetie, we gotta find out what's wrong.
Rae sneezes again: Ugh, fine.
The Doctor, Rae and her Dad walk into another room.
Nick: I really hope Rae's okay.
Danny: Yeah...
Kevin putting his hand reasurringly on Nick && Danny's shoulders: She'll be fine.
A few moments later Doctor Eldridge, Rae and Mr. Jonas come back in the room with everyone else.
Denise: What's wrong with my baby?
Doctor Eldridge: Well she...,
