  • It's more accurate to say the stock market began to recover despite the new deal. Btw, during WWII the CPI was adjusted downward.The cost of living sky-rocketed due to goverment buy up of tanks and ships. The idea that issuing war bonds to fight WW2 improved the economy is as silly as the idea that sticking your dick in a blender will make it longer. There is a big difference in a billion dollars spent on tanks and billion dollars spent on new homes. Despite my nitpicking, I enjoy your channel.
