Amen, I was born again by reading the ord of God as the Holy spirit opened my blind eyes to repent and trust in Jesus.

Preaching is and always will be core in the church ,yet also the word of God and reading the truth can God grant us unto repentance.

@ndrthrdr1 So can you see your own thoughts? Can you see the actual force of gravity (not the result of it)? Please understand that the more you reduce reality into a consecutively narrower observable perception then things, once fine, will be brought under more questioning.

When I ask a christian if all cancers in the world could be cured with a prayer, he shuffles uneasily; he steals a glance into the empty sack of his faith as if to try to find something, then he begins, not to say that his faith has collapsed, or that he is sorry, but to claim that god moves in ways that cannot be understood by humans - an explanation that could answer any situation; for if I ask him why the cancer is there in the first place – lo! - the same answer!

@Aristox116 Of course. We can start with the order of creation in Genesis if you like , which claims that trees existed before the Sun. The evidence that this is not the case certainly exists.

@candiceevans1 Did the research. Apparently the Bible is factually inaccurate about many of its claims , and stands in stark conflict with the scientific evidence. Oh well , it wasn`t a very nice idea anyway , the thought of a wrathful invigilator of everything you do being present , and the idea that humanity is wretched is a curse we don`t need . if you need proof that the bible is the word of GOD then you need to do some research on your own,,,why does everyone expect a pastor to convince them? look, if you want to know if Jesus is GOD then go read the Bible yourself,,,,go look into the manuscript evidence the reliability of the scripture, biblical archeology etc dont expect someone else to convince you ,,,GOOGLE IT ALL AND RESEARCH FOR YOURSELF HE IS WORTH IT

@AceSkepTik Yea, well said, I havent met ONE minister yet who doesnt think THEY are the Truth holder. If you read the bible yourself then they will tell you that YOU have not interpreted it correctly...it exhausting at best.
